WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CLASS?
If possible please arrive 10-15 minutes early so you can have all equipment ready and hear all instructions at the beginning of class. If you do arrive late, please be courteous to the other members and try not to interrupt their workout. Bring water and a sweat towel. We provide the rest.
WHERE DO I PARK?
We have two parking spots directly outside the front door and access to the back lot of Fine Consign on the corner of W 7th and Almaden Street, which provides the best parking option for most of our members. On Saturdays and Sundays you can use the parking spaces next door at Signs Now.
HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR MY FIRST CLASS?
Create a profile in MindBody (HERE), purchase your class pass option and register for your classes through the MindBody website or app.
DO YOU OFFER BEGINNER LEVEL CLASSES?
We do not offer beginner-specific classes. All instructors are trained to provide different levels to make each work out accessible for anyone. However, our first priority is your safety and if are new to working out with equipment or are coming back from a long hiatus from activity we strongly encourage you to schedule at least one personal training session to review basic form and techniques. Additionally, we ask members with ANY injury to notify the instructor prior to class so they are able to give appropriate modifications.
AS A CLASS PASS HOLDER, CAN I WORK OUT IN THE PERSONAL TRAINING STUDIO DURING/OUTSIDE OF CLASSES?
The equipment in the Personal Training studio (cable machine, barbells, squat rack and bench) is for personal training clients only, and we kindly ask that class pass members refrain from using it at any time outside of a personal training session.
CAN I RETURN A CLASS PACKAGE?
All package purchases are final. We can exchange a purchased package for a different package of equal or greater value ONLY if the package has not been used. The 5 class package expires 40 days from your first class visit.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO PARTICIPATE?
The minimum age to participate is 13, and a class pass must be purchased for participants of any age.
MUSIC AND EXPLICIT LYRICS DISCLAIMER
We try really hard to keep our music clean in the studio. However, with all of the apps and different ways to stream playlists available to our instructors, it becomes increasingly difficult to manage a playlist that is 100% clean. So while it won’t be excessive you might hear explicit language played in our studio.
CAN I BRING MY CHILD/CHILDREN WITH ME?
If you’re unable to find outside care for your child(ren) while you’re at class, please make sure your child(ren) is able to sit quietly throughout the class’ duration. We have coloring books, however the child(ren) is your responsibility and 1) must not play on or use equipment (safety is of utmost importance!), 2) must not interfere with class and other members’ workouts and 3) must respect the environment of the studio. In addition, please see the above FAQ about the minimum age to participate.
PERFUME/COLOGNE & PERSONAL HYGIENE
Please be conscientious of your personal hygiene and chemical smells and their effects on your health and the health and comfort of those around you. This includes refraining from wearing strong perfume and colognes, washing your hands with soap and water, using deodorant and disinfecting any equipment you use in the gym.
